Mr.Muhammad Imran Sarwar is serving as Partner – Assurance and oversees the overall affairs of the firm. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) as well as a Fellow Member of the Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants (PIPFA).
He is a member of the Faisalabad Tax Bar Association (FTBA) and is also a partner at R.S. & Associates, a firm of Chartered Accountants.
Mr. Muhammad Imran Sarwar has over ten years of practical experience in the fields of finance, auditing, taxation, and corporate affairs, serving various industrial and manufacturing organizations. His professional expertise includes supervising VAT audits under the Sales Tax Act, direct tax audits under the Income Tax Ordinance, as well as cost audits.

Mr.Ghulam Rasool is associated with the firm as Partner and Director – Taxation & VAT Operations, overseeing both direct and indirect taxation, including VAT. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), as well as a Fellow Member of the Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants (PIPFA).

Mr.Ghulam Rasool brings over twenty years of practical experience in the areas of sales tax (including VAT), income tax, and corporate affairs, serving a wide range of organizations.
He is responsible for managing federal and provincial sales tax matters, including VAT and income tax compliance for clients. His responsibilities include tax registrations, assistance in the maintenance of tax records, tax audits and assessments, filing of monthly and annual tax returns, and handling VAT refunds and appeals before relevant appellate forums, in accordance with applicable tax laws, rules, and regulations.
